Eligibility
You may request a refund only if you have paid a studio fee to Net Mapcore as stated on an enrolment letter. Browsing, submitting the contact form, or reading listed prices does not create a payment or a refund. Distance selling rights under UK consumer law may apply where you enrol as a consumer; this notice explains how we handle studio seats in practice and does not replace those rights.
Timeframe
Write to info@net-mapcore.digital before the cycle starts, or within fourteen days of the enrolment letter if that is later, and we will return the fee in full if recordings have not been issued and no live session has been attended. After the cycle starts, the window for a full return closes at the end of the second live week for Meridian Desk and Cartograph Circle.
Full or partial refund
Full refund: cancellation in the window above, or a cycle we cancel and cannot rebook within ninety days. Partial refund: after week two of a live desk we return a pro-rata amount for unused live weeks, minus a £120 administration charge to cover faculty scheduling. Atlas Seat (recorded) is refundable in full only before we send login details for the recordings; after access is issued, Atlas Seat is not refundable except where the files never arrive and we cannot repair access within ten working days.
Non-refundable items
The administration charge after week two. Travel or lodging you book for an optional North Yorkshire half day. Third-party software licences you buy to follow along. Printed materials once dispatched. A seat transferred to a colleague at your request is not additionally refundable to you.
Process
Email info@net-mapcore.digital with the subject “Refund” and the cycle name. Include the enrolment letter date and the account that paid. A producer will confirm eligibility within five working days. We do not accept refund instructions through social media.
Processing time and method
Approved returns are paid within fourteen working days of our confirmation. We use the original payment method where the bank still allows it; otherwise a UK bank transfer to an account in the same name as the enrolment letter. We do not send cash or cryptocurrency.
Cancellation by you or by us
You cancel by the email above. We may cancel a cycle for faculty illness or an unsustainable room size (fewer than six confirmed Meridian seats). If we cancel, you choose a later desk or a full refund. If you simply stop attending, that is not a cancellation; write if you want the partial path.
Exceptions
If we withdraw a seat for a serious breach of the terms (for example publishing another student’s materials), fees already used for weeks attended are not returned. If UK consumer cooling-off rules give you a stronger right than this notice, those rules win for that claim. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact the studio first so we can match the enrolment file.
