Event grammar and naming debt

Meridian Desk · twelve weeks
You will not leave fluent in a vendor. You will leave able to defend a taxonomy, a retention window, and a letter that a sceptical founder can read on a train.

Anonymous to known, shared devices, and why “logged-out browse” is not a rounding error in marketplaces.
System screens, retries, and the onboarding step that fires because the SDK woke up, not because a person chose.
D1, D7, and the calendar tricks that make winter look like product-market fit.
Guardrails, peeking, and writing the result when the lift is smaller than the slide wanted.
Four hundred words, one exception, one decision. Faculty markup until the letter can travel without you in the room.
Programme director. Formerly measurement lead on a UK grocery application; now marks taxonomies and letters. She does not teach warehouse modelling in this desk — see the FAQ.
Meridian Desk is listed at £1,840 for the twelve-week cycle. Atlas Seat recordings of the same lectures are £420. Cartograph Circle is a different room. Nothing is charged on this page; write and a producer will send an enrolment letter.
No. Signal Architecture stops at event design, identity, funnels, retention, experiments, and the letter. Warehouse sync, dbt, and BigQuery modelling sit in a later atelier that is not this programme. If that is what you need, say so in your note and we will tell you honestly that this desk will frustrate you.
A product you can inspect is required. A public app is acceptable if you cannot share internals. Purely hypothetical event lists produce thin critique.
The refund notice sets the window and the non-refundable items. Recorded Atlas Seat content is treated differently from live Meridian Desk weeks.
Week three’s identity homework exposed a double count we had reported to investors. I would have preferred a gentler reveal. I still keep the taxonomy sheet on the wall.
The metric letter is fussy. After six weeks mine stopped hiding behind “directionally positive.” That was the whole point of Signal Architecture for me.
