- Write an event spec a contractor can implement without a second call.
- Separate session_start from a human opening the app.
- Choose a retention window you can explain to finance in the United Kingdom.
- Cut a funnel at the step that is lying, and say why.
- Produce three metric letters fit for a board appendix.
- Refuse a north star that mixes guest and authenticated traffic.

Fee (informational)
Meridian Desk is listed at £1,840 for the twelve-week cycle. Atlas Seat recordings of the same lectures are £420. Cartograph Circle is a different room. Nothing is charged on this page; write and a producer will send an enrolment letter.
Questions we actually get
Do you cover Amplitude warehouse sync or BigQuery modelling?
No. Signal Architecture stops at event design, identity, funnels, retention, experiments, and the letter. Warehouse sync, dbt, and BigQuery modelling sit in a later atelier that is not this programme. If that is what you need, say so in your note and we will tell you honestly that this desk will frustrate you.
Must I bring a live product?
A product you can inspect is required. A public app is acceptable if you cannot share internals. Purely hypothetical event lists produce thin critique.
Is the fee refundable?
The refund notice sets the window and the non-refundable items. Recorded Atlas Seat content is treated differently from live Meridian Desk weeks.
Week three’s identity homework exposed a double count we had reported to investors. I would have preferred a gentler reveal. I still keep the taxonomy sheet on the wall.
The metric letter is fussy. After six weeks mine stopped hiding behind “directionally positive.” That was the whole point of Signal Architecture for me.
